Returns/ Refund Policy

How do I return an item?
Any cancellation must be approved by SonalArtStudio (in its discretion), be accompanied by proof of purchase, and may be subject to restocking and other charges. Any returns due to shipping errors, damage or loss must be reported to SonalArtStudio within 5 days of package delivery. Proof of damages are required, SonalArtStudio will work alongside the customer to come to a solution. For returns not related to damage or loss during shipping, we are not accepting returns due to sanitary reasons.
